The overall process was taken assistance of Virtual Reality, In that procedure Saltzman used Goggle like virtual reality glasses and started working on a 3D model of the twin’s heart virtually before a month of formal surgery.

This was not so easy as we have described it here, for this to be implemented Mr. Saltzman and team has partnered with the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Medical device center.

Where a group of specialists utilized the product to divert MRI and CT filter from the two babies into a detailed Virtual model.

Separation of infants was no small achievement, but the experience gain using virtual reality makes this achievement more incredible, said Saltzman.

On the other hand, in India, one of the startup Yeppar powered by virtual reality, has also occupied in working for a project which is undisclosed yet based on virtual reality role in saving human lives, but anyhow we got the time to have a short discussion with the CEO, Mr. Ankush Sharma.

He didn’t describe too much about the project, but yes, he either agreed on the rumor that they are working on a project where they are utilizing Virtual Reality to save human lives by offering training material based on virtual reality to save lives in critical situations for a reputed organization in India.

Virtual Reality is not in a nascent stage now, it is empowering the multiple industries and we are not far away to experience the VR power in upcoming years in our day to day life.
